We are seeking to appoint an exceptional leader and educational practitioner with a passion for inclusion for all and a commitment to secure the best outcomes for young people. • Be able to think strategically, innovate and work collaboratively with all stakeholders within the Kenilworth Multi Academy Trust
• Build on our extensive links and partnerships with local primary schools and the wider community
• Work productively with a newly formed Local Governing Board
• Be able to inspire, challenge and empower our dedicated staff and motivated students
• Be an ambassador for The Westwood Academy and KMAT through ‘Aspiring to Excellence through Quality, Ambition and Independence’
