Please find below our Post16 Prospectus, Subject Information Guide, Application Form and Invitation to Open Evening.
General Entry Requirements:
• To study in our Sixth Form applicants will need to achieve a minimum of:
- 6 x GCSEs at Grade 4 or above, to include English & Mathematics,
- AND either 2 x GCSEs at Grade 6 or above, OR 4 x GCSEs at Grade 5 or above.
- Only one vocational course (BTEC / OCT National) may count towards the 6 grades.
• Alongside the general entry requirements, each subject will set its own subjects specific criteria. Please refer to the individual subject page in the ‘Subject Information Guide’.
• The School reserves the right to apply discretion which may be applied to grades achieved at GSCE depending on a variety of influencing factors and assessed on an individual basis.
Please note: that courses may be subject to change and The Westwood Academy reserve the right to do so. Courses are subject to availability and will run as long as there is sufficient student demand.
